What are your sensory kits made out of?Many other sensory kits are made with acrylic paint to colour rice - which is considered toxic. Our sensory kits are 100% non-toxic ingredients. Each kit is made with raw rice and food graded food colouring and water. Please note: Raw rice should not be consumed. Adult supervision always required when playing with sensory kits.

What is your return policy?With our over 700 sales on Etsy and hundreds of local orders throughout the years - we have never had a complaint to return items, so we are confident in our product quality! If our products however do not live up to your expectations, please send us a message on our page with your concerns and we will make it right for you!

What companies do you ship with?We give all customers a choice at checkout! You have typically used Canada Post in the past - as they are much more cost effective. We are still offering our $4 flat fee at this time with Canada Post, but there is a warning due to the possible strike, you may experience delays. Our upgraded shipping is shipping with Purolator, Fedex, or UPS. Tracking numbers are all provided with these upgrades!

What is your typical delivery time on orders?Our processing time on all orders is roughly 3 days before we drop it off to get shipped. Depending on the shipping option you select at pick up, shipping times will vary. $4 Flat Fee Canada Post is letter mail. Letter mail can typically take 4-15 business days to arrive (depending how far you are from New Brunswick). All other shipping companies with the upgraded shipping is typically 2-5 business days! An shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order is on it's way!

I selected the Lettermail option and my order hasn't arrived, what do I do?I can understand how frustrating it gets when you're anxiously waiting your package to arrive! Please note $4 shipping packages will be shipped via Canada Post regular post- which does not provide a tracking number. Shipping time can not be guaranteed. Other options for shipping are available that include tracking #'s at additional costs to buyers. Item will not be considered lost in the mail until it has been 6 weeks. If after 6 weeks your package has still not arrived, please contact us!

My package arrived damaged!Uh oh! I'm sorry to hear this! We try are best to wrap your products to the best we can so they do not get broken during transit. Things can happen unfortunately in transit! Our process for damaged items are simple and no stress! Take a picture of the broken product (please have picture include original wrappings and envelope it arrived in), and send it to us! We offer a free replacement or a refund on the original product.

I ordered a local pick up order, when will I know it's ready?We send an email confirmation to you when it's ready for pick up! We have a pick up bin located outside the front door for convenience pick ups!
