You can choose at checkout. Lettermail ships with Canada Post. Upgraded shipping ships with Purolator, FedEx, or UPS and includes tracking.

You can expect about 3 days for processing. Shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout. Lettermail is usually 4 to 15 business days. Upgraded shipping is usually 2 to 5 business days. You will get an email when your order ships.

I can understand how frustrating it gets when you're anxiously waiting your package to arrive! Please note $4 shipping packages will be shipped via Canada Post regular post- which does not provide a tracking number. Shipping time can not be guaranteed. Other options for shipping are available that include tracking #'s at additional costs to buyers. Item will not be considered lost in the mail until it has been 6 weeks. If after 6 weeks your package has still not arrived, please contact us!

Take a clear photo of the damaged item, the wrapping, and the envelope it arrived in. Send it to us. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund for the item.

We sure do! Spend $60 or more and we will upgrade your shipping for you!

We send an email confirmation to you when it's ready for pick up! We have a pick up bin located outside the front door for convenience pick ups!

Your sensory kit is made with raw rice, food-grade colouring, and water. The ingredients are non-toxic. Raw rice is not for eating, and adult supervision is required.
